Though morning sickness does usually subside around the 15th week of pregnancy, the actual "sickness" isn't just confined to the morning. Many women feel sick and nauseous all day long. Today, Parents Ask expert Tori Kropp, RN, offers helpful tips for curing morning sickness:
-Stay hydrated
-Eat Smaller more frequent meals
-Carry snacks!
-Eat something before you even get up in the morning
-Spicy foods can be upsetting on the stomach
-Motion sickness bands, acupressure and acupuncture may help
