-Cleaners remove germs while disinfectants kill them, so you want to make sure to you use the products that say "disinfectant"

-If you don' t have soap and water, make sure you use sanitizer aggressively by rubbing
-Don't use alcohol based hand sanitizer with babies
-Baby wipes work better than hand sanitizer

-Minimize caffeine which will help you restore your immune system for a deep sleep
-Reduce your sugar intake
-Take your vitamins! Vitamins should always have vitamin C
