Parents Ask reader Amy Everett just gave birth to her son Cole. Fortunately for Amy, Cole has been sleeping in his crib since he came home from the hospital, but with some upcoming trips planned, Amy is worried about disrupting Cole's sleep routine. Today, Dr. Scott Cohen, author of Eat, Sleep, Poop, offers some tips and advice for Amy on newborn sleep routines during travel.

-Routine and repetition is important
-Stick to a routine, but it's okay to be flexible
-Three B's- Bath, Breast, Bed. This helps settle a baby- always!
-Common for babies to be fussy in the middle of the night because of new surroundings.
-Babies are resilient. Traveling with a baby won't throw them off forever, so enjoy!
