Today, Romy Raves is sharing Top 5 Fun Kid Finds:

1.    EcoFly

This is a fun, groovy, rappin’ eco friendly toothbrush that I recently discovered and my son just loves shakin’ his groove thing while brushing his teeth. It is made of 100% recycled plastic, has a musical timer that plays a catchy rap song, and it teaches kids to brush long enough (about a minute or two) to really clean their teeth and to conserve water by turning off the tap.

2.    Trader Joe’s Apple Carrot Fruit Sauce Crushers

This is a yummy, somewhat healthy, very portable snack that my six year old loves and gobbles up in a minute flat. It’s a little pouch of an apple carrot puree that you twist off the top and squeeze the sauce into your mouth, easy and yummy!

3.    Short Sexy Hair Styling Gel

This is a fabulous hair gel I hunted down to keep my son’s faux hawk hair do in tact throughout his busy kindergarten days. Read Ode to the Faux Hawk for the full scoop!

4.    Ana Banana Shampoo by Circle of Friends

This is one of my favorite kid friendly shampoos because its gentle, low sudsing and it smells good enough to eat. My son loves the yummy banana smoothie smell and that it doesn’t burn his eyes.

5.    Lego Store Monthly Mini Build

My son is obsessed with all things Lego and this past January I was delighted to learn that Lego stores across the country offer a free monthly Mini Lego Builds the first Tuesday of the month from 5-7pm. The mini builds are super cute and my son loves them so much that we are planning to go every month for the entire year to collect all twelve.
